CoinPoker connects cryptocurrency with poker
The online poker room CoinPoker.com is currently one of the most exciting projects that unites the worlds of cryptocurrency and poker. Founders, including a Lithuanian businessman and a poker player Antanas "Tony G" Guoga, have come up with their own cryptocurrency called CHiPs (CHP) based on the successful Ethereum currency.
In November last year, CoinPoker organized the so-called ICO (Initial Coin Offering), offering 100,000,000 CHP to investors at an approximate price of 0.05 EUR / CHP, and drenched in coins during just six days. The casino then puts 5,000,000 of these coins into freerolls, which are played basically every hour.
Blockchain also provides security for the poker room
Like the next "cryptoroom" Virtue, CoinPoker will build on blockchain technology not only to manage funds but also to shuffle cards, so its random number generator will be totally transparent. The Security Department also regularly informs about measures to prevent, for example, multi-accounting and other misconduct, without adversely affecting the lives of honest players.
